Requirements
- Strong project management experience with demonstrated organizational skills.
- Proven stakeholder engagement ability, including navigating complex organizational structures.
- Financial industry experience, specifically domestic banking.
- Comfort reporting and escalating directly to senior and executive audiences.
- Ability to work through ambiguity on a project without a fully defined playbook.
- Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree, or three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible technology work experience for each missing year of college.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day planning, tracking, and reporting for a core banking modernization initiative.
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with a bias for action.
- Build relationships across the client's organization and understand ownership and decision-making structures.
- Escalate progress, risks, and blockers to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate technical and business teams to keep modernization work moving toward its goals.
- Surface risks and dependencies early and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Translate technical detail into language senior, non-technical audiences can act on.
- Build and maintain trust with stakeholders at every level.
