Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, IT project management, or a related field.
- Understand project-management methodologies and technology implementation processes.
- Have experience using project-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Understand software, hardware, systems, networking, or business technology.
- Have experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Be able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Be able to work independently in a remote environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience in distribution, wholesale, consumer technology, or retail environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage technical projects from initiation through completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate project activities across IT, operations, sales, marketing, and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, task assignments, budgets, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Coordinate software, hardware, systems, network, and technology implementation projects.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track project budgets, resources, and performance against established goals.
- Support system testing, implementation, training, and change-management activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve project-management processes and workflows.
