Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience in e-commerce or digital product development environments.
- Understand web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Be familiar with APIs and integrations.
- Have hands-on experience with Shopify, including Shopify Plus, WordPress, and Webflow.
- Be proficient in integrating and managing email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Have experience working within Agile frameworks and conducting Scrum ceremonies.
- Have experience using Jira, Trello, or Asana for task management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification is a nice-to-have.
- Experience managing projects across international markets and understanding regional legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements is a nice-to-have.
- Ability to use analytics to measure site performance and recommend enhancements is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations on Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of email marketing platforms.
- Manage and mentor development teams to support collaboration and timely project delivery.
- Use project management tools to organize tasks, manage workloads, and prioritize client requests.
- Serve as the primary client contact, provide regular updates, and ensure client requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
