Requirements
- At least 4 years of program and/or project management experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Operational process improvement experience.
- Managed care experience, preferably in a shared service, Center of Excellence, or matrixed environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Visio.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan and direct project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress from inception through delivery.
- Engage and oversee external vendors as needed for new vendor implementations.
- Ensure program policies, workflows, controls, practices, playbooks, and best practices are well documented.
- Manage program budgets, as applicable, to support project prioritization.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security to uphold governance standards.
- Track performance metrics and ensure value realization from deployed solutions.
- Coordinate recurring meetings to support governance and decision-making.
- Support portfolio management and initiative-specific change and project management at the direction of program leadership.
- Create business requirements documents, test plans, requirements traceability matrices, and user training materials.
- Generate and distribute standard reports, review program collateral, and recommend program enhancements.
