Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health promotion or a related field, such as public health, community health, nutrition, or exercise physiology.
- 5+ years of experience in fields related to health and wellbeing.
- 5+ years of corporate environment experience preferred.
- Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field preferred.
- Public health-related certification, such as CHES, NWI, or Chapman Institute, preferred.
- Experience working with incentive programs preferred.
- Working knowledge of the Personify Health platform and systems or tools preferred.
- Health plan experience preferred.
- Project management skills to manage tasks, timelines, and multiple projects across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and present to audiences at all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Define, design, develop, communicate, and execute a comprehensive health and wellbeing strategy.
- Develop and deliver health and wellbeing programs according to timelines and budgets.
- Monitor program measurements and participant feedback to drive continuous quality improvement.
- Partner with client leadership, HR, benefits teams, stakeholders, and internal groups to support a culture of health.
- Customize the Personify Health platform experience and deliver product demonstrations to support enrollment and engagement.
- Collaborate with health plan and vendor partners to identify health awareness and engagement opportunities.
- Launch and lead a Wellness Champion Network and health promotion programs, including screenings, flu shots, and open enrollment events.
- Assess data, report to stakeholders and leadership, track impact, and identify next steps.
