Requirements
- Hold a CPA qualification.
- Have 10+ years of financial audit experience at a public accounting firm.
- Bring senior leadership, national office, or innovation/transformation exposure, including direct experience with regulatory and standard-setting bodies.
- Have experience designing or scaling a repeatable transformation or change-management program, such as playbooks, maturity models, or training.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in auditing standards and audit methodology.
- Have experience with audit technology, automation, or AI-enabled tools, audit methodologies, templates, or workpapers.
- Have working knowledge of quality control or quality management standards as they relate to methodology and audit documentation.
- Be able to translate professional standards into structured workflows and logic.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and the ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Have executive presence and confidence leading demos, onsites, and validation sprints with firm leadership and regulators.
Responsibilities
- Set the direction for how financial audit agents are designed, adopted, and scaled across the customer base.
- Translate practitioner and firm needs into product specifications for agent-based workflows.
- Work with AI architects and engineers to turn professional standards and practitioner judgment into prompts, workflows, and guardrails.
- Determine which procedures are suitable for agent execution, appropriate levels of autonomy, and documentation requirements.
- Pressure-test agent capabilities with practitioners and feed feedback into Product and Methodology.
- Own the customer transformation motion with Customer Success, including its playbook, maturity model, and program structure.
- Equip Customer Success with frameworks, content, and training for repeatable transformation engagements.
- Serve as executive sponsor and audit subject-matter expert on strategic customer engagements and as an escalation point on complex methodology and adoption issues.
- Monitor PCAOB, AICPA, and SEC developments and translate implications into product, methodology, and messaging.
- Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering on executive briefings, demonstrations, technical validation, and go-to-market opportunities.
