Requirements
- Have 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience.
- Bring significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner supporting executive-level stakeholders in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Have experience partnering directly with a CTO, CPO, or similar technology leader, ideally in a SaaS, fintech, or other technology company.
- Demonstrate success leading and developing People Business Partners or similar HR professionals.
- Bring deep experience in organizational design, workforce planning, performance and talent management, employee relations, change management, and employee engagement.
- Be familiar with engineering talent dynamics, including technical career ladders, leveling and calibration, and retention in competitive talent markets.
- Use people analytics and HR technology to inform recommendations and measure impact; Workday experience is strongly preferred.
- Bring business acumen and a strong data orientation.
- Have communication, facilitation, and influencing skills to build trust across executives, managers, and employees.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset, resilience, and commitment to equitable, people-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People partner to the CTO and direct reports, translating technology and product strategy into people plans.
- Use data, insights, and benchmarks to anticipate talent needs and inform decisions across Engineering, Security, IT, and related teams.
- Lead and partner with People Business Partners supporting the Technology organization.
- Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, leveling, organizational health, and leadership development.
- Coach leaders and managers through organizational design, change management, and employee relations situations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards on attracting, retaining, and developing engineering and technical talent.
- Identify retention risks and engagement trends and build action plans with leaders.
- Work with People Shared Services, People Technology, and People Analytics to deliver scalable HR services and improve processes.
- Lead change initiatives and support clear communication, stakeholder management, and adoption of new programs.
- Coach and develop a small team of People Business Partners and foster collaboration across the People team.
