- Lead Hotel Operations integration and readiness for new charter vessels, vessel transitions, and group charters.
- Represent Hotel Operations in newbuild, acquisition, charter, and M&A initiatives from due diligence through implementation.
- Manage the fleetwide guest rental and parka program, including forecasting, ordering, production, replenishment, and logistics.
- Coordinate with shipboard teams on delivery, onboard storage, inventory handling, distribution, and excess stock.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, establishing governance, accountability, milestones, and communication through implementation.
- Develop integration and readiness plans for new vessels, programs, and partnerships.
- Lead brand governance across shipboard operations and related channels, and establish SOPs for partnership compliance.
- Support CAPEX planning, financial reporting, budget consolidation, and reconciliation with Accounting and Finance.
- Prepare strategic recommendations, analyses, presentations, and decision materials for the SVP of Hotel Operations and senior leadership.
