Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or comparable experience supporting leaders across a broad range of people matters.
- Experience supporting employee relations and performance management.
- Experience coaching managers.
- Working knowledge of employment practices, HR policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with HR technology and ability to learn new systems and tools.
- A dedicated home office and regular use of virtual collaboration tools.
- Work schedule aligned with business needs and BELAY’s core collaboration hours.
- Occasional travel, including attendance at BELAY’s annual company Summit and other business meetings, is required.
- Experience with training, leadership development, workforce planning, talent management, recruiting, or people analytics is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to assess organizational needs and workforce planning priorities.
- Support organizational structure discussions, succession planning, and team effectiveness initiatives.
- Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, performance concerns, difficult conversations, and feedback.
- Support investigations and employee relations matters with the Director of HR and HR Generalist.
- Support performance management initiatives, including CFPs, OKRs, and talent planning.
- Partner with leaders on employee growth plans and support leadership development and manager training.
- Conduct employee check-ins, stay interviews, and exit interviews to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement trends to support action planning and improve employee experience practices.
- Partner with hiring managers and the Corporate Recruiter on staffing needs and hiring strategy.
