Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related discipline, or 4+ years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
- 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a related discipline or 4+ years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
- Preferred: Epic certifications upon hire.
- Preferred: 5 years of progressively increasing management-level responsibility involving report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, and analytics.
- Preferred: 5 years of project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies.
- Preferred: 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the RCS Analytics Products team.
- Oversee the delivery and health of analytics-focused products.
- Act as the accountable lead for analytics products published by the team.
- Develop dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables.
- Maintain the integrity of dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables.
- Delegate work while remaining hands-on to a limited degree.
