Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or have an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Have 6+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, revenue operations, or a related field.
  • Have 3+ years of people leadership experience managing business intelligence, analytics, or data professionals.
  • Demonstrate strong SQL proficiency, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and reusable reporting logic.
  • Have experience developing and maintaining reporting and dashboards that support business decision-making.
  • Have experience using Microsoft Power BI to develop reports and dashboards.
  • Have experience working directly with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, or other commercial stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Have experience gathering requirements, presenting findings, and partnering directly with business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate stakeholder management, prioritization, roadmap planning, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Preferred: experience with data warehouse structures, data modeling, SQL views, reusable analytical datasets, or reporting models.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce CRM data structures and reporting, NetSuite or other ERP platforms, marketing analytics, attribution modeling, ETL/ELT tools, or Python for data analysis, automation, or transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales leadership to deliver reporting, forecasting, performance insights, and recommendations on pipeline health, customer growth, product adoption, and revenue.
  • Analyze pipeline, churn, product adoption, customer behavior, and marketing campaign performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, executive reporting, and reusable analytical assets.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to define analytics requirements and ensure business needs are reflected in data models, transformation logic, pipelines, and reporting.
  • Define and maintain business logic for revenue metrics, customer segmentation, and product usage.
  • Establish data standards, governance practices, validation, and reconciliation processes to improve data quality and trust.
  • Gather requirements and deliver reporting and analysis to Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Own the analytics roadmap, intake, prioritization, and delivery of initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Intelligence and analytics professionals while personally owning key analytical work.
