Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
- 3+ years of experience developing dashboards in Looker or a similar tool.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows.
- Ability to think strategically and translate data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- BigQuery knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy.
- Develop and govern semantic models and contextual business logic for dashboards and AI-driven analytical tools.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable growth opportunities and performance improvements for business partners.
- Automate recurring reporting and continuously improve data models to support operational excellence.
- Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and enhance revenue data foundations.
- Manage ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery.
