Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Sustainability or 6 years of experience in software/SAAS sales. 6–8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience. At least 2–3 years in a frontline sales management role. Proven track record of hiring and developing high-performing sales teams. Ability to lead with clarity and accountability, with a strong coaching mindset. Demonstrated collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders. Strong understanding of complex, consultative sales cycles and enterprise customer needs. Outstanding communication skills (oral, written, active listening). Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or tech environments is a strong asset. Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot experience is an asset). Deep understanding of MEDDPICC (an asset). Experience with ESG or sustainability (an asset).
