Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Sustainability or 6 years of experience in software/SAAS sales. 6–8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience. At least 2–3 years in a frontline sales management role. Proven track record of hiring and developing high-performing sales teams. Ability to lead with clarity and accountability, with a strong coaching mindset. Demonstrated collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders. Strong understanding of complex, consultative sales cycles and enterprise customer needs. Outstanding communication skills (oral, written, active listening). Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or tech environments is a strong asset. Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot experience is an asset). Deep understanding of MEDDPICC (an asset). Experience with ESG or sustainability (an asset).
Responsibilities:
Provide coaching, mentorship, and development for Account Executives. Cultivate a culture of prospecting and excellence. Conduct 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins. Build a positive, collaborative, high-performance team culture. Lead recruitment for Account Executives. Ensure smooth onboarding and ramp-up of new hires. Monitor team KPIs and sales activity against standards. Develop improvement plans for discovery. Address performance gaps with coaching or corrective action. Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure sales process adherence. Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams on strategy. Drive regional planning and territory optimization.
