Sr. Product Manager

Hold end-to-end product accountability across the Carbon suite as one connected remit.
Prioritize ruthlessly across different problem spaces, making trade-offs legible to engineering and leadership.
Manage product-level relationships with external partners to define scope and resolve gaps.
Apply audit-grade rigor to requirements, validation logic, and UX to ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead discovery through customer interviews, problem framing, and prototyping with UX/UI designers.
Identify and integrate AI capabilities into the product suite to meet evolving market expectations.
Present strategy and roadmaps directly to customers, managing feedback and escalations.

Engineering at Novisto

You will design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. We build across the stack, creating features that deliver significant business value. Our architecture patterns include hybrid monolith/microservice, service-oriented, or event-driven designs. We leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance development productivity and code quality. You will contribute to smooth deployments and efficient CI/CD workflows, taking features from conception to production monitoring. Our platform focuses on audit-ready, decision-grade sustainability information, a complex and rewarding challenge. We use an open API structure, and are integrating more AI into our SaaS platform for data ingestion and future features. This means tackling interesting problems around data accuracy, scalability, and performance.
