Place outbound calls, emails, and texts to admitted clients for enrollment. Ensure clients understand insurance benefits and financial enrollments. Act as liaison between patients and internal Charlie Health teams. Support client-related requests from the Clinical Care team. Identify gaps in treatment attendance and resolve issues. Communicate aftercare resources and schedule appointments. Manage client schedules, including scheduling and rescheduling. Complete documentation accurately and timely. Adapt to organizational change. Meet KPIs for appointments scheduled, financial agreements, call volume, issue resolution, aftercare scheduling, and customer satisfaction.
