Vice President, Mainframe Systems

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within IT and mainframe services, managing large, global teams. Deep expertise in diverse mainframe technical environments, with a strong track record of optimizing and transforming services through people, process, and technology, including AI and automation. Minimum of 20 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders, clients, and enterprise functions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and influence stakeholders.

Provide strategic leadership and direction to Mainframe Services teams globally. Champion continuous improvement through process maturity, automation, and AI integration. Utilize enterprise systems and analytics to inform decisions and monitor progress. Develop and ensure alignment with personnel, departmental, and enterprise-wide goals. Translate complex technical topics into actionable insights for diverse audiences. Build collaborative partnerships across the global Mainframe organization and with other business units. Coach and mentor leaders, identify high-potential talent, and implement succession planning. Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and employee engagement. Oversee the reliability, scalability, and performance of Mainframe Services. Serve as a strategic voice for the global Mainframe organization in enterprise-wide forums.
