10+ years of accounting experience 4+ years focused specifically on revenue recognition at high-growth companies At least 5 years of experience managing a team of 2 or more CPA with Big 4 or large public accounting firm experience Deep expertise in ASC 606, including variable consideration Ability to apply technical guidance and operationalize policies, processes, and controls Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and manage competing priorities Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Passionate people leader who develops team capabilities and inspires high performance

Oversee end-to-end revenue accounting function, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, internal policies, and regulatory requirements Provide strategic input in building scalable revenue systems and drive process improvements Lead month-end close activities related to revenue and drive continuous improvements Prepare for and manage the revenue portion of the financial audit Partner cross-functionally on revenue-impacting initiatives Develop and maintain robust revenue accounting policies, procedures, and controls Help build and mentor a high-performing revenue accounting team
