Requirements:
Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment. 2+ years experience selling Enterprise focused technical solutions to technical buyers/users. Prior experience selling to data science teams. 4+ years closing annual contracts of at least $100K/year. Handling yearly quotas of $1mm+. Strong technical background, ideally as a sales engineer or with technical education. Ability to understand Comet and build relationships with technical customers. Prior experience at a fast-paced startup. Proven negotiation and closing skills. Technical background or formal data science training is a nice to have.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business opportunities from start to finish. Develop and implement a sales strategy for your territory. Articulate the Comet value proposition to prospects and customers. Prospect into Enterprise companies (>1000 employees) in North America. Provide continuous updates on active accounts and report on sales progress. Demonstrate technical knowledge of the ML and MLOps space. Work with Technical Account Manager to drive customer success and expansion. Travel for client visits, conferences, and presentations.
