Microsoft Senior Business Analyst - Client workshops lead

Experience leading interactive client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Microsoft Power Apps. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions. Strong knowledge/exposure of Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and process flows.
