4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in product or technology-driven companies. Strong background in business analysis, with experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation. Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams. Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Asana. Hands-on experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Problem-solving and decision-making mindset with a proactive and flexible approach. Experience in process optimization and change management. Ability to guide and mentor development teams. Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables. Develop detailed project roadmaps. Establish project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. Implement Agile project management methodologies. Gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business goals into functional and technical requirements. Conduct market and competitor analysis. Facilitate cooperation between design, development, and business teams. Ensure UI/UX design principles are embedded. Validate design solutions through usability testing. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budget, and quality. Implement best practices for change management.
