Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in a growth-focused customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS and/or Consulting Held strategic customer-facing roles Effective communicator, both verbal and written Awesome interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with senior enterprise executives in global organizations Experience in Transformation, Strategic Program Management or Finance is a plus Proven ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion Ability to build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, partners, and stakeholders Ability to create and execute sales and marketing strategies Understanding Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a bonus
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor with customers to ensure account health and drive retention Collaborate with Strategy, Product, Sales and Marketing teams Lead the development of customer strategy and roadmaps Identify retention and expansion opportunities Monitor financial and customer health Proactively monitor adoption statistics, survey results and qualitative data Plan for and lead Executive Business Reviews
