2+ years of experience in mortgage processing, mortgage servicing, real estate closing, or similar. Understanding of mortgage lending regulations, closing documentation, and assumable mortgages. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable using tools like Hubspot, Google Suite, Notion, Slack.

Oversee the closing process from contract to closing. Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and shared on time. Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and agents. Provide guidance to buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the closing process. Track key milestones in the mortgage assumption process. Address any closing-related blockers and resolve delays. Identify areas for improvement in the closing process. Review and verify closing documents for compliance.
