Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and closing processes Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office Suite A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a strong customer service orientation
