Requirements:
3+ years of experience in hiring sales professionals globally. Experience in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects. Experience with international recruitment in one or multiple regions. Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behaviour. Understanding of international sourcing principles. Rapport and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English (C2).
