2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in BPO, SMB, or services environments. Proven track record in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates. Excellent English (spoken & written). Strong judgment on candidate quality. Solid ATS hygiene. Comfort with Zoom, Google Workspace, and professional messaging. Team player with strong communication skills and professional personality. Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting from job description writing to offer. Screen and interview candidates using structured methods and scorecards. Present concise candidate packets and shortlists to clients. Collaborate with clients on role requirements and feedback. Maintain candidate quality and professionalism. Ensure accurate ATS data and timely updates. Suggest and test process improvements for hiring. Partner with HR and Client Success for onboarding.
