Requirements:
Proven experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or finance Strong financial modeling, analytical, and research skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams Comfortable working remotely and independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to operate across multiple businesses and competing priorities Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and market research Support evaluation of acquisition, merger, and investment opportunities Assist with due diligence across financial, operational, and strategic areas Prepare deal materials, internal memos, and executive-level presentations Coordinate with legal, finance, and external advisors Support negotiation preparation and transaction structuring Assist with post-acquisition integration planning and performance tracking Maintain deal pipelines, trackers, and documentation
