Requirements:
Prior experience at an executive search firm or startup conducting full-cycle recruiting Previous exposure to and basic understanding of tech companies and their org structures Strong written and verbal command of English Inquisitive nature; a strong desire to learn and grow Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and working around ambiguity Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to keep up with fast-paced startup and talent acquisition workflow Exceptional qualitative research skills, including ability to synthesize data and learn new spaces quickly
Responsibilities:
Conduct industry research to map markets and generate candidate names and profiles Conduct video and phone screens to prepare candidates for future conversations or release them Manage and ensure data accuracy in Downing Capital’s Talent team knowledge base Build out talent networks in certain functions/industries and tap industry sources for candidates Support portfolio companies by scoping roles, conducting research, and sourcing/screening candidates
