Requirements:
Prior experience at an executive search firm or startup conducting full-cycle recruiting Previous exposure to and basic understanding of tech companies and their org structures Strong written and verbal command of English Inquisitive nature and a strong desire to learn and grow Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and working around ambiguity Entrepreneurial mindset to keep up with fast-paced workflow Exceptional qualitative research skills, including data synthesis and quick learning
Responsibilities:
Conduct industry research to map markets and generate candidate names and profiles Conduct video and phone screens to prepare candidates for future conversations or release them Manage and ensure data accuracy for Downing Capital’s Talent team knowledge base Build talent networks and tap industry sources for candidate pools Support portfolio companies by scoping roles, researching, and sourcing/screening candidates
