Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders. Strong sourcing skills using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools. Track record of successfully closing candidates and hitting hiring targets. Experience improving recruiting processes or implementing best practices at scale. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
