Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders. Strong sourcing skills using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools. Track record of successfully closing candidates and hitting hiring targets. Experience improving recruiting processes or implementing best practices at scale. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer negotiations. Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and shape talent acquisition strategies. Source and engage passive talent, build talent pipelines. Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, market trends, and compensation. Conduct candidate interviews and assessments. Champion the candidate experience. Collaborate on job description development. Partner with HR on recruiting operations and process improvements.
