7+ years of professional experience in People Operations/HR Demonstrated success supporting and improving HR programs in remote or distributed teams Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance Experience with HRIS and people management platforms Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools A “roll up your sleeves” mindset (flexible, proactive) Strong communication and interpersonal skills (empathy, confidentiality, integrity) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, entrepreneurial environment
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day People Operations activities (recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, performance management, employee engagement) Serve as first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters Maintain and improve HR systems and tools Partner with SVP of Operations on policy implementation and process improvements Help develop and implement learning and development initiatives Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
