Senior Growth Engineer

7+ years of experience as a growth, product, or full-stack engineer with exposure to data and experimentation Strong skills in TypeScript At least one backend language (Python preferred) Deep experience with analytics pipelines and tooling (e.g. Segment, PostHog, Amplitude, dbt, or custom pipelines) Proven track record of running growth experiments that impacted activation, retention, or revenue Strong product sense and taste Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and data layers to ship experiments independently

Design and ship growth-focused features end-to-end Build and evolve our growth data stack Run rapid A/B tests and funnel experiments Improve developer onboarding Collaborate with entire team to design & build growth loops Continuously analyze user behavior and create a framework for maintaining a stack ranked backlog of growth opportunities Work on what has the biggest impact
