Requirements:
3-7 years of relevant experience working with DTC brands as a media buyer/Growth Strategist. Strong 'builder' desire with a strong work ethic and mission-driven culture. Strong analytical skills to work with data and improve performance. Persuasion skills with experience in direct response copywriting. Strong media buying skills, managing at least $30-100K a day in ad budget profitably. Strong project management and project coordination skills. Resourcefulness, organization, independence, and problem-solving abilities. Interest in creative performance and testing, persuasion, and general marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
Own strategic growth planning and opportunity discovery using first principles and competitive intelligence. Lead deep market and customer research to inform strategy and execution. Design and manage high-performance Meta ad systems. Provide a bird's eye view of creative and messaging to ensure alignment. Own funnel strategy, CRO direction, and end-to-end project execution. Act as the connective tissue between strategy, media, creative, CRO, and cross-functional partners. Design and interpret measurement frameworks and drive performance optimization through data.
