Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Strong interest in learning about equity compensation Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, IF statements, complex formulas, data cleaning and analysis) Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a strong plus High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Fluency in Portuguese and English Spanish is a plus Previous experience with HR/payroll systems or equity platforms (E*Trade, Carta, HiBob) is a nice to have
