Assistant Property Manager

Minimum 2 years of property management experience Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, etc.) Strong knowledge of leasing, move-out coordination, lease renewals, and evictions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and fair housing policies Experience handling U.S.-based property management clients Background in accounting support (rent ledgers, AP/AR) Previous experience in vendor management and contract review Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation

Respond to tenant and owner inquiries Handle leasing inquiries and tenant screenings Prepare and issue notices Support tenant retention Assist in advertising vacant properties Prepare and review lease agreements Coordinate lease renewals and terminations Assist with eviction processes Create, assign, and track work orders Coordinate with vendors and residents for maintenance Follow up on maintenance requests Review and approve vendor invoices Assist in rent collection and track delinquencies Maintain rent ledgers and process payments Support budgeting and financial record-keeping Generate reports Ensure compliance with laws and policies Maintain accurate tenant and property records Collaborate with property managers
