Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience (residential, multifamily, or HOA).
- Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of leasing, move-out coordination, lease renewals, and evictions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and fair housing policies.
- Experience handling U.S.-based property management clients.
- Background in accounting support (rent ledgers, AP/AR).
- Previous experience in vendor management and contract review.
- Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.
Responsibilities
- Respond to tenant and owner inquiries.
- Handle leasing inquiries, tenant screenings, and move-ins/move-outs.
- Prepare and issue lease-related notices.
- Support tenant retention efforts.
- Assist in advertising and marketing vacant properties.
- Prepare and review lease agreements.
- Coordinate lease renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Assist with eviction processes.
- Create, assign, and track work orders.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and residents for maintenance scheduling.
- Follow up on maintenance requests.
- Review and approve vendor invoices.
- Assist in rent collection and track delinquencies.
- Maintain rent ledgers and process payments.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and financial record-keeping.
- Generate reports for property managers and owners.
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate tenant and property records.
- Collaborate with property managers for smooth operations.
