Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of property management experience (residential, multifamily, or HOA).
  • Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, move-out coordination, lease renewals, and evictions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and fair housing policies.
  • Experience handling U.S.-based property management clients.
  • Background in accounting support (rent ledgers, AP/AR).
  • Previous experience in vendor management and contract review.
  • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to tenant and owner inquiries.
  • Handle leasing inquiries, tenant screenings, and move-ins/move-outs.
  • Prepare and issue lease-related notices.
  • Support tenant retention efforts.
  • Assist in advertising and marketing vacant properties.
  • Prepare and review lease agreements.
  • Coordinate lease renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Assist with eviction processes.
  • Create, assign, and track work orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and residents for maintenance scheduling.
  • Follow up on maintenance requests.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices.
  • Assist in rent collection and track delinquencies.
  • Maintain rent ledgers and process payments.
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and financial record-keeping.
  • Generate reports for property managers and owners.
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate tenant and property records.
  • Collaborate with property managers for smooth operations.
