Experience in revenue operations, billing, operations, or accounts receivable (SaaS preferred). Comfortable following up with customers about billing, payments, or contract issues. Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills (English required). Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and billing tools (Stripe or similar). Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently. Comfortable interfacing directly with leadership and cross-functional teams. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
