Strategic Finance Associate

1-2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, and/or FP&A roles Expert in Excel and comfortable across the GSuite Experience building complex financial models from scratch Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable outputs Combine financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and sound business judgment Data-driven thinker with an open mind to complex problems Intellectually curious and able to synthesize complex information into creative recommendations Sharp attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment Self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguous situations Desire to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with limited guidance Flexible and amenable to constantly changing business requirements

Collaborate on and independently build sophisticated financial models Monitor financial performance metrics, cash flow dynamics, and other KPIs Strategically partner cross-functionally with other business units Work closely with the finance team and executive leadership to define and constantly improve the Company’s short and long-term financial strategy Assist in evaluating potential M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships Manage recurring and ad-hoc financial operations requirements
