Head of Strategic Finance

Impact orientation to improve a business. Deep stakeholder empathy. Ability to derive strategic insights from data. Elite financial modeling skills. Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics (payback period, LTV/CAC, burn multiple). Experience with BI tools (Omni, Looker, Hex, Sigma) or SQL is a plus. Background in top-tier investment banking, consulting, or investing. Experience in high-growth startups and potentially an exit cycle. At least five years of full-time work experience. Deep curiosity about businesses and their growth. Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.

Drive accountability by owning Hightouch’s operating model and running monthly/quarterly business reviews. Work with the GTM team to maximize ROI on sales and marketing spend and invest for the future. Analyze, monitor, and drive improvements to SaaS metrics. Surface quantitative insights across the business to increase growth and efficiency. Support investor relations efforts, including board meeting preparation. Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Data, and Accounting teams for decision-making.
