Requirements:
Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to conduct prospecting activities, including cold outreach and follow-ups. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent time-management skills. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with team goals.
Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers via email, social media, and cold calls. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and assess their fit with company products/services. Accurately log prospect interactions and maintain CRM records. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on strategies and lead handoffs. Develop deep understanding of company products and services to communicate value propositions. Persistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and nurture them through the sales funnel. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and prospect engagement.
