Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (50-60 cold calls/day, plus email, SMS, LinkedIn) Introduce construction and software offerings to prospective clients Identify and engage general contractors, property owners, franchise operators, and partners Execute top-of-funnel calls to generate interest and qualify fit Build and maintain targeted prospect lists Research companies, markets, and decision-makers Track outreach, document conversations, and manage lead status Follow up with warm leads to schedule meetings Track metrics and contribute to refining outreach strategies Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handoff
