4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong full-stack foundation (TypeScript, React, SQL) Proven experience building and shipping production-ready AI products Skilled with modern prototyping tools and making UX decisions for MVPs Comfortable working directly with customers in ambiguous, fast-changing environments Founder-level energy and ownership Naturally curious, quick to learn, & willing to try new technologies Authorized to work in the US or Canada

Collaborate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to design, build, and ship production-grade AI features for clean energy finance. Lead the build-out of Crux’s AI stack — from model selection to orchestration, evaluation, and iteration. Define and refine how we bring AI products from prototype to production, establishing best practices. Build across the stack (TypeScript, React, SQL) with performance, scalability, and usability in mind. Prototype, experiment, and test ideas rapidly — always anchored to real customer needs. Contribute to our engineering culture through learning sessions, code reviews, and shared standards.
