Requirements:
3+ years building modern web applications with React and Typescript. Comfort working with Python/Django on the backend. Hands-on experience building polished user-facing features. Curiosity about AI systems and excitement to experiment with LLM tools. Strong product sense to turn problems into intuitive features. Experience working closely with Product and Design. Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and approaches. Comfort working in a fast-moving environment. Strong async communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Prototype new AI features and conversational interfaces. Build production-ready features from concept to scale. Design and ship new interaction modes for AI. Create AI-powered workflows for multi-step marketing tasks. Contribute to technical planning for AI experience integration. Work across the stack on React, Typescript, and Python/Django.
