AI Engineer (Conversational + Agentic AI) - Equity-Based

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in LLMs, NLP, and AI-powered agents. Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, Firebase, REST/GraphQL APIs. Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Google Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage. Proficiency with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Haystack, or equivalent). Deep understanding of RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and tool use by agents. Experience building AI safety & monitoring systems (rate limiting, fallback, human-in-the-loop).

Design and implement AI agent architectures (single-agent and multi-agent) using Vertex AI and orchestration frameworks. Build conversational pipelines that combine LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and external tool integration. Enable AI agents to invoke APIs, retrieve knowledge, and complete actions within the Soulchi ecosystem. Implement reasoning, planning, and memory capabilities for sustained context-rich, multi-turn conversations. Develop monitoring systems to evaluate agent behavior, accuracy, safety, and reliability. Collaborate with conversational designers to operationalize dialog flows into agentic task workflows. Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and security guardrails for autonomous AI. Continuously research and prototype cutting-edge agentic AI capabilities.
