Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in LLMs, NLP, and AI-powered agents. Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, Firebase, REST/GraphQL APIs. Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Google Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage. Proficiency with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Haystack, or equivalent). Deep understanding of RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and tool use by agents. Experience building AI safety & monitoring systems.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI agent architectures using Vertex AI and orchestration frameworks. Build conversational pipelines combining LLMs, embeddings, and vector search. Enable AI agents to invoke APIs, retrieve knowledge, and complete actions. Implement reasoning, planning, and memory capabilities for agents. Develop monitoring systems for agent behavior, accuracy, safety, and reliability. Collaborate with conversational designers to operationalize dialog flows. Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and security guardrails. Research and prototype cutting-edge agentic AI capabilities.
