Staff AI Product Engineer

8+ years experience building and prototyping products from the ground up Solid grasp of the full stack from user experience to data models Familiarity with RDS (ideally Postgres) First principles thinking and critical problem-solving approach Empathetic communication and collaboration skills Experience shipping quality user interfaces, ideally with React/React Native GenAI production experience (building with LLMs, inference, embeddings, etc.) - Bonus ML experience (data engineering, model development, MLOps, etc.) - Bonus Proficient with Python/Django, React/React Native/TypeScript, Docker, Postgres, AWS - Bonus Experience driving teams toward shared goals - Bonus Experience in a high growth SaaS and/or Health Tech startup environment - Bonus
