Excellent communication skills (listening, conflict resolution). Excellent rapport-building skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Openness to learning new outreach processes. Self-sufficient and able to manage time effectively. Well-organized with the ability to maintain an observable pipeline. Strong interpersonal skills. Experience as a real estate investor (preferred). Must pass written and verbal exams.
