- 2–5 years of logistics sales experience, preferably with OTR, LTL, Drayage, or Managed Transportation.
- Proven track record of selling to mid-market customers.
- Strong ability to communicate value, present solutions, and close deals in a consultative environment.
- Experience balancing hunter activity with strategic, outcome-driven selling.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

- Prospect, qualify, and win mid-market shippers across OTR, LTL, Drayage, and other service modes.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline through cold outreach, digital engagement, referrals, and industry networking.
- Conduct strategic discovery to identify customer pain points and design custom solutions.
- Deliver engaging client presentations.
- Own the full sales cycle—from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate closely with Pricing, Operations, and Onboarding teams.
- Stay informed on freight market trends, pricing fluctuations, and capacity dynamics.
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, pipeline forecasting, and day-to-day activity tracking.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, driving repeat business and account expansion.
