5+ years of total analytics experience, including 3+ years in a dedicated marketing analytics role. Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (can perform complex functions). Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience in marketing attribution, including designing and implementing multi-touch attribution models. Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Amplitude, and Google Analytics. Proven builder with experience establishing or scaling new analytics capabilities, systems, or processes. Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights that drive decisions. Strong project management, including the ability to present complex findings. Highly collaborative and ability to work across diverse teams. A curious, proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, at times an ambiguous, evolving environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
