3+ years' experience in employee benefit’s industry focused primarily on underwriting Exceptional in Excel Proficient in Access, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong mathematical and analytical skills May require routine or periodic travel (requires acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and insurance)

Prepare presentation materials Provide renewal and mid-year analysis on pricing of National Account clients’ group insurance programs Prepare and interpret benefit cost projections, budget reports, and claim experience reports Manage bidding process with carrier partners Work directly with Account Team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism Market Fully Insured and ASO/self-funded cases Bid analysis and proposal writing/design Create budget projections Conduct claims analysis Produce experience reports Deliver client presentations Underwriting analysis: interpret carrier reports, determine claims trends, develop plan change adjustments, conduct utilization analysis
