Prepare presentation materials and provide renewal/mid-year analysis on pricing of National Account clients’ group insurance programs. Prepare and interpret ongoing benefit cost projections, budget reports, and claim experience reports for self-funded clients. Manage the bidding process with carrier partners for clients’ group insurance programs. Work directly with the designated Account Team to ensure efficient, accurate, and professional handling of marketing and service processes. Market Fully Insured and ASO/self-funded cases. Perform bid analysis and proposal writing/design. Create budget projections. Conduct claims analysis. Produce experience reports. Deliver thorough client presentations. Perform all phases of underwriting analysis, including interpreting carrier reports, determining claims trends, developing plan change adjustments, and utilization analysis of claim data. Participate in design and implementation of department processes and procedures.
