Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR analytics Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA) Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel Experience with benefits platforms preferred (ADP, Workday) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Willingness to travel for enrollment meetings and employee education sessions
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain employee benefits programs Serve as the daily contact for benefit-related items Collaborate with vendors and brokers to manage benefits plans Assist in the reconciliation and processing of benefits invoices Assist in the annual open enrollment process Assist in legal compliance documentation Support benefit plan compliance activities Ensure HRIS benefit module is accurately configured Support leave of absence management Complete daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
