Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR analytics Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA) Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel Experience with benefits platforms preferred (ADP, Workday) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Willingness to travel for enrollment meetings and employee education sessions
