Responsibilities:
Provide daily benefits support to the Olo team. Maintain benefits programs, processes, and structures. Perform regular audits of benefits administration. Assist with the annual open enrollment process. Support new wellness initiatives and existing programs. Ensure the end-to-end employee benefits experience is effective and user-friendly. Stay up-to-date with market data trends for rewards programs.
