Lead Consultant, Professional Services

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience leading complex WMS implementation projects. Expert-level knowledge of managing large-scale WMS implementations with at least one major WMS platform. Deep expertise in supply chain and logistics operations. Solid experience with WMS integrations, particularly with OMS, TMS, ERP, e-commerce platforms. Demonstrated experience leading project teams and managing client relationships at management and executive levels. Strong commercial acumen and experience with SOWs and change order management. Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and influencing skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in high-pressure situations. Ability to travel to client sites as required (typically 50-75%).

Lead end-to-end implementations of large-scale FMS projects. Design innovative solutions for complex customer requirements and integrations. Engage with customer leadership, manage expectations, and guide based on industry best practices. Identify and mitigate project risks, manage scope and change requests. Mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants. Contribute to improving implementation methodology and best practices.
