Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field 5+ years of property-level accounting experience in hospitality or real estate 1+ year managing or mentoring other team members Strong proficiency in property-level hospitality accounting, cash flow forecasting and portfolio-level roll-up reporting Strategic thinking ability Proven ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders Detail-oriented and organized Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP Excellent understanding of financial regulations, GAAP, USALI reporting standards
