Property Portfolio Finance Manager

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field 5+ years of property-level accounting experience in hospitality or real estate 1+ year managing or mentoring other team members Strong proficiency in property-level hospitality accounting, cash flow forecasting and portfolio-level roll-up reporting Strategic thinking ability Proven ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders Detail-oriented and organized Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP Excellent understanding of financial regulations, GAAP, USALI reporting standards

Prepare and present timely financial reports for assigned properties. Own the general ledger for assigned region, ensuring accuracy. Present financial insights to internal and external stakeholders. Review financial statements prepared by the centralized team. Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario planning. Manage and mentor junior accountants. Ensure accurate reconciliations and timely payments. Focus on process improvement and automation. Build relationships with regional teams and act as a key point of contact for accounting. Manage cash flow and treasury functions.
